Project H.O.O.D. Entrepreneurship Center to Connect Local Employers with Job Seekers

Project H.O.O.D. has partnered with Global HR Technology leader, CareerBuilder, to connect local employers with job seekers. CareerBuilder will lend direct support to job seekers in the communities we serve. 

The support includes job searching directly on Project H.O.O.D.’s website, resume building, career mapping, and upskilling guidance.

CareerBuilder has also announced an initiative that supports Black-owned small businesses across the country via free access to CareerBuilder's Talent Acquisition solutions. This includes:

  • Free job postings

  • The ability to source, contact and hire from CareerBuilder's over 140 million candidate profiles

  • Capabilities to increase applications by automating targeted emails to candidates who are a good fit for open positions

Project H.O.O.D stepped in at the start of the pandemic to help essential workers and families stay afloat during these challenging times. Our partnership with CareerBuilder is part of our continued commitment to providing our communities with much-needed resources.
