Construction trailers are officially on-site of the Robert R. McCormick Leadership and Economic Opportunity Center

Excitement is building as our community looks to the future! Our preparations for building the new community center continue with the construction trailers officially on-site! 

We continue to raise towards our capital campaign. So far $28.5 million of the $35 million needed for the Center, including an $8 million gift from The McCormick Foundation, has been received. Our other major donors include Kenneth C. Griffin - $5MM, Related Midwest - $2MM, Wintrust Bank - $1.5MM, BNMO Design, and Ozinga Concrete who has agreed to donate all the concrete necessary to complete the 89,000 SF facility.
