Project H.O.O.D. is the recipient of a $450,000 grant for our Violence Prevention Program.

This grant has allowed us to hire two Program Supervisors, two Case Managers, and four Outreach Workers. We are raising another $450,000 to complete hiring for the Violence Prevention Program.

In order to fully address the needs of our community and the people we serve, Project H.O.O.D. still needs to hire a Clinical Psychologist, Child’s Therapist, four additional Outreach Workers, a Human Resources Director, and two Administrative Assistants.

Project H.O.O.D. takes the senseless violence happening on the south side of Chicago very seriously. With your help, we can raise the additional $450,000 to complete the hiring for this program and get even more accomplished.
