Our Training Program
Our training program hires residents from within the community. The new hires attend a comprehensive classroom training program before the start of each season. The program focuses on horticulture and safety. In addition, they also receive financial training, job readiness training and other life skills training. Once the season starts, the rest of their training is in the field and on the job.
